The dream of building our first fleet feet is on our doorstep!!!!!     The Cassiopeia Schooner Project is now collaborating with Old Peace ltd. here in Bequia to initiate their dream of a vocational school based on boat building. They are interested in providing their facilities to build our first fleet as a way of initiating their training. I am to have a live interview with their directors this evening a 6:30 pm EST Feb 25 2025. Please have a look at our newest presentation on this site and see the last page with further information about this collaboration. Simply click on review our presentation document to view our goals and see how well thought out the Cassiopeia Schooner Project is. Many details are shown including detailed costings.

The Cassiopeia Schooner Project (CSP) can now facilitate the goals of Old Peace by using their land, students, and instructors to assist in the building our first fleet here in Bequia. The Old Peace Foundation is also focused on environmental and social adaptation to today’s world. Our projects costings include significant payments for boatyard fees, building infrastructure, housing, and even the building of six sailing dinghies which could provide their infrastructure funding, and be the first training project of the Old Peace School!

We still must raise the funding for our project to support theirs but this collaboration of two great and well advanced projects, Old Peace Ltd. has already invested and gotten a long way here in Bequia, and our project has done incredible things from the Mothership to environmental and humanitarian actions, thus making our collective efforts a solid base for fundraising.

This is a major milestone for our 6 year old project and their four years old project. YAY FOR US!

Please tune in for a frank chat “soft launch” as I talk with the directors of Old Peace live this evening.

For years I have appreciated all of the support for this dream and now all of our investment is poised to take the next major step. My gratitude to all of the donors and helpers so far is overwhelming. I hope to continue to have your support with ideas, contacts, and contributions

Thanks as always, Harold
